How to Delete Your Account
To begin the account deletion process, first mark your account for deletion within the GozzipBumble app. You can find this option in your account settings under 'Delete Account'. This step helps us prepare your account for permanent removal.
Email Confirmation Required
After marking your account for deletion in the app, please send us an email at gozzipbumble@protonmail.com. Include either your account username or the email address associated with your account. This helps us verify your identity and locate your account in our systems.
Processing Timeline
Once we receive your email confirmation, we will process your account deletion request within 2 business days. During this time, we'll remove all your personal data, posts, messages, and account information from our servers. Please note that weekends and holidays may extend this timeline slightly.
