Use of the App
You may browse certain content in GozzipBumble without creating an account. However, posting content, viewing user-generated stories, and interacting with the community requires registration via email or supported social login (e.g., Apple). You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
User Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name, username, and profile image. You must keep your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Community Content
Registered users can post comments on news articles, publish opinion articles, create and vote in community polls, share stories, and send/receive direct messages. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove such content and suspend users if needed.
News and Affiliate Content
GozzipBumble presents curated opinion-based articles derived from publicly available news sourced via third-party provider GNews. Some articles may include affiliate links (e.g., Amazon). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of linked content.
Intellectual Property
The GozzipBumble app design, logo, and curated content are the property of GozzipBumble unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of your posts but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute them within the app.
Liability Disclaimer
We provide the App "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of any third-party content. We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
